Are the online sessions safe for my child?
Absolutely. Safety is the foundation of every session. All sessions are conducted in a fully supervised online environment. Parents and guardians are welcome to observe any session at any time, and I maintain open communication throughout. Internet safety is also taught as part of the curriculum itself.
What do I need to join a session?
Just a device with internet access — a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer works perfectly. No special software or technical knowledge is required to get started. I'll guide you through everything before your first session.
What age is the Tech Mentor service suitable for?
The Tech Mentor service is designed for learners aged 8 to 18. Sessions are tailored to each student's age, ability, and interests — so an 8-year-old and a 16-year-old will have very different, age-appropriate experiences.
Do I need any prior tech experience to join the Tech Coach or AI service?
Not at all. Whether you're a complete beginner or already have some experience, sessions are personalised to where you are right now. There's no judgment and no assumed knowledge — we start from where you are.
How do I book a session?

What times are sessions available?
Tech Mentor sessions for ages 8–18 run daily at 5pm for one hour. Tech Coach and AI sessions for adults are available at flexible times — get in touch to find a time that works for you.
